Feeding Instructions
Loose salt can easily be mixed into feed, such as soaked Mash, or dissolved in lukewarm water to create a saline solution.
The recommended dosage is 5-20 g per day per 100 kg body weight, depending on the horse's workload:
- Adult horse at maintenance: 5.1 g/100 kg
- Adult horse in light work: 7 g/100 kg
- Adult horse in moderate work: 9 g/100 kg
- Adult horse in hard work: 9-13 g/100 kg
Practical Information:
