The outer shell of Samshield helmets is made from polycarbonate, a material renowned for its durability and high level of protection, commonly used in motorcycle helmets. The inner shell is crafted from polystyrene, which provides excellent shock absorption in the event of a fall. Samshield helmets also feature a unique airflow system to keep the helmet cool without compromising on appearance or safety.

For a perfect fit, the Regular Shadowmatt 2.0 is available in shell sizes Small, Medium, Large, and Extra-Large, which can be combined with different liners to match head size and shape.

There are two types of liners, Shadowmatt (round) and Premium (oval), both made of memory foam that maintains its stability for years without losing its shape. The liner attaches with a strong click system, allowing it to be easily removed and washed repeatedly without losing its grip. The Regular Shadowmatt blends safety with exceptional aesthetics and is favored by many elite riders.

Medium: 55M, 56, 57, 58M
Large: 58L, 59, 60, 61
X-Large: 61XL, 62, 63, 64 (only available for 2.0 helmets)
